Overview
Join us for 3 days and 2 nights of Martha's Vineyard Up-Island bliss on this one-of-a-kind health & wellness getaway provided to you by Nico Corbo and Adrian Johnson of Aloha Paddle MV.
September and October are often considered to be the best months to enjoy the natural splendor of Martha's Vineyard after the crowds have returned home and the island once again has a chance to breathe and return to balance. And that's just what we'll aim to do also with the perfect blend of nature-infused outdoor activities, home-cooked healing and energizing nutrition, and balancing yoga and relaxation to nourish our souls in preparation for the winter months ahead.
